Goods that you purchased will be shipped from our ware house within 2
days from the date of purchase. This is subjected to the availability
of the goods. In case where the goods are not available in our stores
we will notify you in advance. We use courier companies and their
standard service for delivery of goods. We will advise the customer
when the goods have been despatched. If a customer elect to have goods
delivered in a manner different to our standard delivery mechanism
customer will need to meet the cost of delivery
Returns
Our customers can return the goods purchased from us subject to
following conditions.
Returns can only be made within 30 days from the date of invoice.
All returns must accompany a RMA Number. You can obtain a RMA number by
emailing techsupport@europacall.com , invoice reference number must be
quoted as a proof of purchase.
All returns must be shipped in original packaging, the goods must be as
new and same as you received them from us.
The cost of delivery of the returns to us is your responsibility.
We will charge you 10% of the invoiced amount as restocking fee.
Warranty Returns
Unless otherwise stated all goods sold by us have a one year warranty.
All warranty returns must accompany a RMA Number. You can obtain
a RMA number by emailing techsupport@europacall.com , invoice reference
number must be quoted as a proof of purchase.
The cost of delivery of the goods to us is your responsibility.
You need to include a detail description of the fault/s together with
the warranty return.
If the goods returned under warranty are found to be operating normal
then goods will be sent back to you at your expense.
All faulty goods will be replaced with new units and the delivery of
these replacement goods will be made at our expense.
Warranty of the replacement item will expire one year from the date of
